Day 15-17-Tear yourself away from blissful retreat to practice bringing a new sense of awareness into everyday life with a short drive into Kochi, hosted in an elegant home near the centre of town. Explore this many-cultured place with a visit to Chinese Fishing nets. Stroll down the beach promenade, take in famed murals of Mattancherry Palace, blue-tiled Synagogue or a ginger warehouse, all in the spice district. An evening performance of the unique Kathakali dance theatre is not to be missed.
