Create an Amazing Retreat

As Instructors, you have freedom to design the format and duration of your Retreat. Kerala is the perfect place to enjoy this time with your students, being warm, scenic, relaxed and full of sights, sounds and smells of the coast and spice hills. We offer two areas for retreat, one in the spice hills with a large, bright studio in-house at the hotel, with beautiful hardwood floors and some props such as mats and blankets, up near the treetops bordering a wildlife sanctuary. The studio is a flexible space used for activities such as yoga, meditation, dance, 5 Rhythms, Reiki, Chi Gung, somatics, Feldenkrais, Shamanic journey or any other mind/body work.

The second retreat centre is at the traditional family home (Yogalife Homestay) of popular Yoga teacher Solaman Joseph who offers dawn and dusk yoga classes in the rooftop studio serenaded by tropical birdsong and delicious vegetarian meals lovingly prepared by his wife Priya. Space is limited in this off-the beaten-track location but an unforgettable experience nonetheless.

You can choose your retreat location or combine the two. In either case, your classes are steps away from your hotel room.

The best time for a retreat in tropical India is between the months of November-February when the climate is cooler. You design your dream retreat with the expert guidance of Kajal India Tours.
